[EN] Enforce MFA

Enforce MFA

Overview

The Enforce MFA feature enhances platform security by requiring all users to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on their accounts. When this option is enabled, no user will be able to access the platform without first configuring MFA, adding an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access.

This feature is only available to users with Super Admin permissions and is recommended for organizations that handle sensitive data or must comply with strict security and compliance requirements.

Behavior

When the Enforce MFA option is enabled:

  • All active users who have not yet configured MFA will be forced to do so on their next login.
  • Access will be blocked until MFA is properly configured.
  • Users who already have MFA enabled will not notice any change in the login process.

Location

This setting can be found under the Access Management area, in the Security tab, just below the Danger Zone section.

How to use it:

  1. Click the enable button on the right side of the screen.
  2. Once clicked, mandatory MFA will be activated for all users on the platform.

Notes:

  • This action does not affect users with Super Admin permissions.

Important

  • It is recommended to notify users before performing actions that impact system access.
