Part 1: Danger Zone
Overview
The "Danger Zone" section contains powerful administrative features that allow you to manage access for all users simultaneously. These functions are only available to users with Super Admin permissions and require the Danger Zone module. For more information, contact Dadosfera.
Location
These features are available in the Access area, under the Security tab.
Available Features
1. Block All Users
Function: Blocks access to the system for all users except those with the Super Admin role.
How to use:
- Click the red "Block All Users" button on the right
- A confirmation popup will appear with the message "Are you sure?"
- Type "Confirm" in the text field
- Click the "Confirm" button to proceed or "Cancel" to abort
Notes:
- This action does not affect users with Super Admin permissions
- Useful in emergency situations or system maintenance
- This feature appears locked unless the Danger Zone module is purchased
2. Unblock All Users
Function: Unblocks all users who are currently blocked in the system.
How to use:
- Click the red "Unblock All Users" button on the right
- A confirmation popup will appear similar to Figure 2
- Type "Confirm" in the text field
- Click the "Confirm" button to proceed or "Cancel" to abort
Notes:
- This action only affects blocked users
- Useful after scheduled maintenance or for mass access restoration
- This feature appears locked unless the Danger Zone module is purchased
3. Reset All Users
Function: Forces a password reset for all pending and active users, except those with the Super Admin role.
How to use:
- Click the red "Reset All Users" button on the right
- A confirmation popup will appear similar to Figure 2
- Type "Confirm" in the text field
- Click the "Confirm" button to proceed or "Cancel" to abort
Notes:
- This action does not affect users with Super Admin permissions
- Affected users will need to create a new password on their next login
- Useful in cases of suspected security breaches
- This feature appears locked unless the Danger Zone module is purchased
Part 2: Selected User Management
Overview
In addition to the Danger Zone features that affect all users, the system also allows you to apply management actions to specific selected users from the list.
Location
This functionality is available in the Users tab of the Access section.

How to Use
- In the Users tab, you will see a list of all system users
- Each user has a checkbox to the left of their name
- Select the users you want to manage by checking their respective boxes
- Click the "Manage Selected Users" button at the top right of the screen

Available Features
When you click the "Manage Selected Users" button, a menu will appear with the following options:
1. Reset
Function: Forces a password reset only for selected users.
How to use:
- Select the desired users by checking their boxes
- Click the "Manage Selected Users" button
- Select the "Reset" option from the menu
- A confirmation popup will appear
- Type "Confirm" in the text field
- Click the "Confirm" button to proceed
Notes:
- Selected users will need to create a new password on their next login
2. Unblock
Function: Unblocks access only for selected users who are currently blocked.
How to use:
- Select the blocked users you want to unblock by checking their boxes
- Click the "Manage Selected Users" button
- Select the "Unblock" option from the menu
- A confirmation popup will appear
- Type "Confirm" in the text field
- Click the "Confirm" button to proceed
Notes:
- This action only affects currently blocked users
- Useful for selectively restoring access
3. Block
Function: Blocks access only for selected users.
How to use:
- Select the users you want to block by checking their boxes
- Click the "Manage Selected Users" button
- Select the "Block" option from the menu
- A confirmation popup will appear
- Type "Confirm" in the text field
- Click the "Confirm" button to proceed
Notes:
- Blocked users will not be able to access the system until they are unblocked
Important
- All these actions are irreversible and should be used with caution
- It is recommended to notify users before executing actions that affect system access
- Users with Super Admin permissions are protected from mass blocking and resets, ensuring at least one administrator always has access to the system
