After your user is created by the administrator of your company, you will receive an email to set up your password. As soon as you receive it, follow the steps below:

Registration Email

Click on the 'First access' button and you will be directed to the following page:

Copy exactly the user address shown below the first access button, as seen in the first print.

Email Confirmation of Identity

Copy the code above to confirm your identity

Create a Strong Password

For your security and the security of your data, the password must meet all the requirements below. We suggest a random password, created from a password generator.

Perform the First Login

After setting your password, you will be directed to the login screen. Enter your credentials to perform the first login.

Accept the Terms of Use. To declare that you have read and agree to the Terms, you need to access all the pages of the document using the scroll. After that, continue in the process.

Activate MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication). This is an optional step, available to add an extra layer of protection to your account and data. It can be done later in your profile.

That's it! Your first access is complete. You will have permission to view all the modules and functionalities that have been assigned to your user.
